On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen with dining table, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and as well as a comfortable living and dining room with an open fireplace and access to the terrace. The two additional bedrooms for 2 people each and a single bedroom, mattress respectively an extra bed people and the two bathrooms are located on the first floor. Apart from the 25-square-metre terrace on the first floor, you can also use the 30-square-metre rooftop terrace for undisturbed sunbathing.
The heart of the secluded garden is the beautiful saltwater pool with outdoor shower and roofed dining area with a large barbecue. Here you can enjoy your evenings in peace and quiet in your Hollywood swing or under the palm trees in a lounger.
The house is comfortably furnished with Spanish furniture and disposes of an air conditioning as well as an additional heating, so the house stays comfortably warm also during off-season.

The small and calm coastal town Badia Gran is located in the South of Mallorca, only 25 kilometres away from the capital city of Palma. It’s only 300 metres from the house to the sea. A path winds along the rocky coast with fantastic views of the bay of Palma.
Numerous steps lead down to a rocky plateau where you can go swimming. Various sandy beaches like the Playa de Palma in El Arenal (12 kilometres) or the beautiful beaches of Es Trenc and near Sa Rapita are only about 30 kilometres away.
In Badia Gran there are various cosy bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket, a chemist’s and several small shops. Every Saturday a market takes place in Badia Gran. Here you can buy fresh regional fruits and vegetables from locals.
